Liver health’s important ..,I’ve been digging deeper into liver health lately, especially when it comes to oral steroids and hepatotoxicity. We all know orals hit differently compared to injectables because they’re processed through the liver. Even “milder” compounds still stress liver enzymes depending on dose and duration.
From what I understand, most oral steroids are modified (like 17-aa structure) to survive digestion, but that same modification is what increases liver strain. Elevated AST/ALT seems pretty common mid-cycle. Some guys say it’s manageable with proper support, others say it’s not worth the risk long term.

CRP can spike if your body is dealing with inflammation from contamination but it’s not specific

A lot of people actually gain more by training 4 days not 6–7.

Dirty oils sometimes show up as localized reactions not blood markers.

If pumps get painful or back pumps hit that’s your sign volume is too high

Good rule add volume only when recovery is consistently excellent.
