Tendon and joint injuries can be some of the slowest to heal, often requiring patience, proper rehab, and careful monitoring rather than rushing back into heavy training. Many athletes struggle to balance recovery time with maintaining performance.

Let’s discuss safe and effective recovery strategies:

•How long should you truly rest before retraining?
•Rehab exercises that helped rebuild strength safely
•Role of physiotherapy vs self-recovery
•Importance of bloodwork and inflammation markers
•Supplements or nutrition that supported joint healing
•Warning signs that you’re returning too soon

To add on, deloads every 6-8 weeks keep my joints happy. Curious if others saw similar results.

Quick data point: tempo control and full ROM improved my mind-muscle connection a lot. Could be placebo but it worked for me.

Coach once told me that eating enough protein and fiber keeps hunger in check during a cut. Open to feedback if I’m missing something.

In practice, sleep quality changed my lifts more than any supplement. Hope that helps.
