8–12g Creatine Daily Since 2023 Next Level or Overkill?

I’ve been taking 8–12 grams of creatine daily since 2023, and honestly, it’s been a game changer compared to just sticking with 5 grams.
For years, 5g has been treated like the gold standard. But realistically, that’s just the baseline saturation dose for the average person. Once you’re bigger, training harder, and carrying more lean mass, it makes sense to reassess.

Could be placebo; only bloodwork shows real impact.

Best approach is monitoring health markers, not chasing “hit.”

Many chase TT, but FT actually drives how you feel.

Always judge by symptoms plus labs, not numbers alone.
